Hello, @Jfiszman.
Welcome to our vibrant Community, and thank you for your post.
Roborock not connecting to your WiFi network might have been troublesome. Per Roborock support, it doesn't support the 5GHz band. Since the Ignite gateway uses band steering, your vacuum cleaner may be unable to connect to the 2.4GHz network.
We can try splitting the bands and attempt connecting your Roborock:
Now that you have split the bands on your Ignite gateway, you can reboot your Roborock, open its app and connect it to your WiFi network. Once it's connected to your WiFi, we need to enable the band steering for optimal network performance.
To enable band steering, at step 5, toggle OFF Split bands and Save at the bottom.
Please keep us posted on the outcome.
Cheers,
RogersMoin

Hmm... you're right. I tested it on my XB7 at home and the "Split Bands" option was not there. However, when @RogersMoin tests it on an XB6, the option is available.
Upon further review, I have a pod active in my home where @RogersMoin does not. If you have a pod, then you cannot split bands. This may be the case for @deangibb65 as well.
Do you have a pod, @deangibb65? If so, you'll need to remove it first before you can split the band.
