Hello: I've installed owncloud on a spare machine. I can connect to it at localhost/owncloud but no through any IP address including 127.0.0.1 or 10.0.0.176, the device's IP. I'm thinking it isn't a problem with the Hitron router, but just in case: does Rogers block access to device IP addresses?

I had to use the Hyper-V Virtual Ethernet Adapter's IP address I found with the command
ip route ls
default via 172.24.144.1 dev eth0 proto kernel
172.24.144.0/20 dev eth0 proto kernel scope link src 172.24.146.24

Hi @bkdixxon!
Welcome to the Rogers community! Thank you for posting your concerns. 🙂
A couple questions for you to better understand the situation, if you don't mind. Is your device's IP responding to your ping tests? Also, are you only using the Hitron gateway, or do you have your own third-party router hooked up with it as well?
I would also suggest that you reach out directly to owncloud for support and to see if they have any recommendations.
Kind regards,
RogersYasmine
