Here in my Markham neighborhood, Rogers Internet has been consistently down for the past 3 days - happens every 3 hours for a duration of about 20 minutes. Called up the Support Desk several times even including the Supervisor - all frustratingly unable to help! I wish I can escalate this further up the chain and hope they can put the right experts to fix it.

Yes @SAM175 - that's what they keep on telling me. I've called up again this morning and was told me the problem is still being worked on. I am not sure on your end, but it is fairly consistent that it goes down every 3 hours for a duration of 15-20 minutes (4 days in a row now)... the last outage today was at 2:24PM and came backup at 2:47PM. This looks like either a faulty upstream router/node (memory leak/buffer overflow/etc.) I will call them up again in a few minutes to find out the latest status.

Hi there, I also live in the Markham area and have been experiencing the same issue. My Ignite Gateway keeps going offline randomly but then comes back, then goes off again! It is so frustrating and I have no idea how to deal with this. I am thinking of requesting for a new modem but am unsure if that would even do the trick.
