There are several previous threads on this topic. The situation is usually solved by changing the audio output setting of the IgniteTV box to "stereo" instead of Expert or DD. If that doesn't do the trick, please tell us exactly what equipment is involved in your setup and how that equipment is connected. Also does this apply to all channels or specific ones or specific programmes?
Rogers - Settings - Device Settings - Audio - HDMI Audio Output - Stereo.
