Trying to watch a movie and TV keeps cutting out. Being doing that all week end.

Hope all is well at your end! I'm sorry to hear that you've been having issues with your TV service cutting in and out. That's not a very pleasant experience to have. 😞
May I confirm, have any of your other devices been having any connection issues when using the internet, or is it just your TV? Do you have more than one TV that is being affected by this same issue?
I would also recommend rebooting your boxes one by one, starting with the internet modem (unplug the power cord for a minute and then plug it back in) and then proceeding to any of your affected Ignite TV boxes.
