Ignite tv mobile app not working

I've been here awhile

I had to reinstall the ignite tv mobile app on my phone as I have a new phone. I can sign in but when it tries to load I get a message that says something went wrong. I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times.

Let's make your new phone experience more pleasant by making the Ignite TV app work. I appreciate you reinstalling the app.

 

We need a tad bit more info to understand the problem better:

  • What's the phone's make and model?
  • Some security suites on the devices can have a VPN service running. Can you make sure a VPN is not on?
  • Have you logged into your MyRogers app on your new phone yet?

You can close all background apps on your phone, log into the MyRogers app from the Services tab, select TV, and tap Watch Now to launch the Ignite TV app.

I have a samsung 24 ultra. Hod do u check the VPN? Yes I have logged into rogers on this phone.
