I'm logged in and can't post a new topic, I can only reply to existing topics. ???

In any forum there is a button at the top "New Message".

The New Message button is greyed out, so I have no way to post a new message. I can only reply to existing posts.

That's strange. If I sign out and go to Community when I'm signed out, I see all messages as new but the New Message button still works, I just have to sign in before posting. I use a computer.

Same. What is going on with this site?
I couldn't figure it out either. Really frustrating.

Same here. I worked 20 years in the software field and can't see any way to create a new post, only reply to existing ones. Seems that Rogers Community Forum is as reliable as its network of late.

If you click inside the "reply to the topic" text box (at the bottom) it opens up the "new post" text box and enables the "reply" button without needing to use a previous post's reply button.
edit: and if you're looking to create a new "thread" there appears to be a "New Post" button at the top of every sub section which will create a new thread.

What horrible forums lol. For some reason I can't create a new post in any the actual service sections.
