Annoying Sales Practices

Happy Holidays Everyone,

Hate to have to post this, but wanted to make everyone aware that there are annoying Rogers Sales people out soliciting on Boxing Day. Yes, it's true. Pushy sales people out knocking on peoples doors and rudely interrupting what is meant to be a day of rest or time spent with family and friends. Yet as a Rogers customer, I had to wait on hold for 20 mins to speak to a live person to voice my concerns, only to be told that "that's another department" and that the wait time was due to the fact that it is a holiday!

I voiced my concerns about such poor and inconsiderate business practices and asked for my concerns to be noted and that someone get back to me. After the agent "checked with her team" I was told that no one would be getting back to me and that if I wanted to, I could post on this site.

Terrible customer service! I have been with Rogers since the inception of the mobile phone and I very rarely post anything, anywhere. I felt compelled to do so today as it is just so horrible that Rogers does not value their customers, our loyalty and our time. All they care about is the $$$ that we pay them every month.

I truly hope that no one else has to experience this today.

Wishing you a peaceful Boxing Day.

Good afternoon @Sophiesmom,

We hear you. I understand that the holidays hold special meaning and I apologize if our sales representative interrupted your day.

If you felt that the conduct of our field sales rep was deliberately rude, we would be happy to take in your complaint.

Feel free to send a private message to @CommunityHelps so we can assist you further. For more information on how our Private Messaging system works, you can find out more here.

Regards,
