The goal of this post is to see if a useless post gets me another badge... No reply is required...

I've been here less than a week (to complain about an issue), and I've already received four badges in your forum...   Maybe spend a little less time "gamifying" your forum and a little more time dealing with the actual issues...

So - in real time- I got a confirmation that I ranked up...

"Congratulations! You have a new rank in the Rogers Community Forums"

But I have to wait a month to find out if you've actually fixed my bill.
