Pre-order:

  • You’ll receive your device on a first come, first served basis based on the device you ordered.
  • Due to the high demand for these devices, some will be on back-order. However, you can track you order status via our Virtual Assistant. 
  • Pre-order devices will be sent via selected method:  
    • Ship-to-home
    • Ship-to-store:
      • The store will contact you when it arrives. You’ll have 3 days to pick it up.
      • A refundable $40 (plus applicable taxes) reservation fee will apply.

We're delighted that you joined our Community! I appreciate your interest in the Apple Watch 10. The watch should be available in the participating stores on September 20, 2024. 

 

Choosing the right Store to call and check the stock is essential, as not all the services/products are available at all the locations. You can also book an appointment if necessary.

 

Please follow the link to find stores near you and enter your postal code, select Wireless and New Devices & Plans and Apply & Search as shown below:

 

 

Once you see the store list, click Check Services on the Store of choice. You must see the following:

 

 

Please get in touch with a store that sells iPhones and accessories to inquire about the availability of the Apple Watch model you're interested in.
