Unable to process request at this time when trying to enable wifi calling on iPhone
Similar issue as these other posts, except I've tried all the methods in those posts and have been talking to tech support to no avail. Opened a ticket and it was suppose to be resolved within 24 hours, haven't heard anything since and it's almost at 24 hours. I know I should be patient but I rely on wifi calling as reception at my home is not very reliable for calling or texts and I've already missed 3 calls today. Please help!!

Things I've tried so far: Getting tech support to add the device to the account, 'reset' the line (no idea what this means), restart the phone many times, swapping from eSIM to physical SIM, putting new physical sim in another phone. They all give me the same error.
Ported from Telus on iPhone 13 mini purchased from Apple. Also having the exact same issue on my dad's line which was also ported from Telus, he is using a newly purchased iPhone 14 from Rogers. Other family members (ported from Freedom and Telus) with iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 12 mini both purchased from Apple directly have no issues.
