Since iOS 16.1.1 incoming calls drop out after one ring. It is since updated to 16.3 and still has the same problem. Does anyone know what changed? Thx

I have since contacted Rogers support and I’m happy to say that the problem was found.
Since I have hearing aids which are connected via Bluetooth but not shown in the in the setting. When turning Bluetooth off, the incoming calls worked fine . I will need to contact my hearing specialist to look into this matter to find out on their end if an upgrade is available to match iOS 16.1.1 and beyond. Hopefully that can be solved soon. Thanks for asking, I appreciate it!

Hello @iuz,
Thanks so much for your post! 🙂
By any chance, have you tried rebooting your device to see if that helps? Are you noticing any other issues, besides the dropped calls? Is the issue happening on every incoming call and only for incoming calls (and not on outgoing calls)?
If anyone else in the community is having a similar issue since the latest software updates, please let us know!
Thanks,
RogersYasmine

Hey @iuz !
I'm so happy to hear that you figured out what was causing the issue! Of course, I do hope that you are able to find an update that is compatible with your hearing aid device. 😊
Best of luck!
