I preordered a PM 256 graphite to ship to my house last Friday.
Got my confirmation email at 8:02am. I would think I'm one of the first if preorders went live 2 minutes before.
No updates as of yet. I tried to check the status on the reservation page but I can only set up a NEW reservation there.
Unless there's something I'm missing. idk.

I've been in a number of live chats with Rogers and they don't know anything or won't tell me anything. smh.
Anyone know if Rogers calls you if you did the reserve and pickup? My shipping email said that Rogers would call me when it arrives. Just wondering if I should expect a call today, or if I should just go in tomorrow.
I preordered as soon as they came out on the rogers website and did ship to home. The device details updated... Should I expect the phone to arrive tomorrow? or next week?
I pre-ordered the pink iPhone 13 128gb within 3 mins of it opening and chose ship to home. I got an error message when I submitted my order, but when I asked a live agent to confirm they said my order went through and I got the order confirmation email as well. But that's all I've heard since, and where my device details should be it has said "Something went wrong - we're working to fix this issue as soon as possible" for 4 or 5 days now.
No shipping email which I'm not expecting until after the device details change. Anyone else have their device details missing before it switched over?
