Apple Watch MFA Won’t Allow Me To Set Up Cellular

I cannot bypass the MFA (captcha) to set up the cellular connection on my new Apple Watch.
I can’t turn off the MFA o n my account either.
Need help!!!

Is there a reason why you want to disable MFA specifically?

We recommend enabling MFA on both phone number and email for the best experience. If there's an issue with your phone or email, you'll have another option to access your profile.

Are you unable to receive MFA messages?
