i am rogers customer for more than 5 years and very first time i felt like i am not being treated well.
history:
i am rogers customer for more than 5 years and never missed any bill payment.
issue: there were some penalty charges on my recent bill which i believe is not my fault . tried to reach out to customer support multiple times and after speaking with few agents i felt like customer satisfaction element is missing . In our conversation, instead of acknowledging and finding ways to improve customer service i got an impression that they are thinking that i am accusing them for something which is incorrect.
first time in my life i got this much frustrated that as a customer i felt like i am calling to hear that it is misunderstanding on my end instead of rogers look into the matter to see if there is any miss on their end or if they can improve.
agent who agreed with what i said, our call got dropped after detailed conversation for 30minues and just when we were concluding our conversation.no one reached out to me instead i had to call back
very disappointed.
