Cant cancel internet service

Phoned Rogers on Jan. 29th 2024 to cancel my internet service as I'm moving. The lady I talked to said it would be down by the end of the day. Next morning it's still active, phone rogers again and am told their is a issue and they don't know when it will be canceled.

This is ridiculous, hopefully someone here can look into this and make it right.

This is weird, I wish they would've shared with you why your service couldn't be stopped. Typically once a cancellation order is created, the service remains active until we receive the equipment back. 

We would've loved to help you but you can only make these changes via the phone or the live chat. I sincerely hope this has been resolved since you last posted here.
