I called the number for Rogers' low-income program Community Connect as a first-time customer and ordered Ignite Internet. They Slammed me with $160 in charges they never mentioned on the phone!
I'm going to demand they waive them or Cancle my service on the 30day satisfaction guarantee.
Anyone else tackled a similar issue?

We are elated to have you on board with us and we're sorry to hear what occured. 😥 Unexpected charges can be rather surprising. Have you been able to connect with our Connected for Success and Connecting Families program team since you last posted?
If not, if I would suggest connecting with them as they are a designated department that handles all inquiries regarding the program. You can do so by calling 1-866-689-0758 and their hours of operations are as follows:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. EST
