moving residence

Fleabag
I've been around

I'm contemplating a two year contract offer, but wonder what happens to my services if I move. Am I still responsible for paying the early cancellation fee if I no longer abide at the residence? TIA for any info!

Greetings @Fleabag,

Welcome to the Rogers Community Forums, and thank you for your post!

A two-year term is a great way to take advantage of some savings on your monthly bill. If you do decide to move residences while still on your term, you can please reach out to our moves concierge team, and they will check to see what options we have for services in your new area. If we do not have services in the area, then they can provide more information on if there will be any early cancellation fees. You can find more information by contacting our Moves Concierge team here.
