line suspended before payment date

I've been here awhile

Rogers suspended my friend's line for non payment before the date of payment !!! 

Why ?

She also has automatic payment enabled so there is zero reason why they would suspend the line without any heads up. 

The irony is that the bill is even higher that what it is supposed to be , as new customer there was a bunch of discounts that the sales were supposed to apply but because they never do their job completely , the bill is about twice the amount they agreed on ! 

Will Rogers refund and offer compensation for all these embarrassing mistakes when customer has done everything right !? 

Why the discount are not applied?

Why they suspend the line before payment date ?

Why automatic payment is not processed ?

...
