Hello there,
I'm new here and writing this to seek help. I had 5-6 different rogers accounts and some of them were cancelled due to various reasons. I still have 3 of them.
One of the cancelled a/c has been accruing fees and I started to report that to rogers support multiple times starting from last March [2023]. Each time I talked to a support, after talking and checking everything for hours, I was guaranteed that the fees would be waived and a/c would be deleted. Each call lasted a minimum of 2 hours to 6 and a half hours. Sadly, the issue was NOT resolved until today, and the accrued amount of $319.66 was sent to collection agency today [Dec 13, 2023].
I called Rogers and got hold of someone name Yash after 1 hour and 59 minutes of wait. Then he was asking me questions and putting me on hold multiple times, then he put my call on the wait-loop and gone. He did not even have the decency to tell me that he could not resolve it or he needs to go, although he promised me that he'd call me back if the call dropped.
It's been 3 hours and 52 minutes into the call, on hold and talked to him in between and on hold again. Any idea what else I can do? THIS IS REALLY BAD.
