I changed my province and I need to change my number. after 5 times that I called no one helped me. What should I do now? Who is responsible for this company? I just want to change my number. their website doesn't work and the customer service department is useless too.

Thank you for joining us in the Rogers community and for taking the time to post your concerns! I understand that you've been having a tough time with getting your area code and phone number changed, since moving to a new location. 😞
Just to clarify, if you have a Canada-wide plan, then you may not have to change your number. With this type of plan coverage, you won't be charged any long distance if calling another Canadian number. If this is not the case, then yes, you'll definitely want to get your number changed ASAP.
What happens when you login to your MyRogers profile online and attempt to change it through our self-serve option? Do you get an error message?
