Worst customer service of all time

I've been around

We wanted to have internet from Rogers, the connection was so poor we had to call them the day we received the modem to cancel. It took us 3 different phone calls for the cancellation to be processed, employees were just saying they did the cancelation in the system but they didn't.
I am still being charged months later for a service I never used. I waited several times over 1h on the line to get some help, they are so incompetent I have never seen such a poor customer service. Without any results I am now calling my bank to contest the transaction. My usual bill is 58$ and they charged my a bill of 250$ directly on my credit card and refuse to refund.

They also changed my phone plan without noticing me. I will cancel everything I have with them and change supplier. Never again Rogers 

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
