Hello Team,
I have received a call from Win back team asking me to come back to Rogers and I was promised Discount on the plan and also $10 credit on each of the cell phone(2 cell phones) under financing and the specialist said it has been documented in notes. But in my 1st month bill and 2nd one, I have not been provided with that discount.
I called customer care multiple times and they said they cannot do anything on this and it has to be win back team who can resolved and they will call me within 48 hours. There are multiple 48 hours passed and no one called me. I received one call and she also said she need to listen to the1st call which promised me the deal. After that no response. I have spent nearly 10 times calling customer care and the issue is not yet resolved.
Can someone help me to resolved this issue?
