Well, Dana has done it again! What would you guys do without her? I’ll tell you what….lose many customers to your competitors.

I went into the Londonderry Mall location yesterday prepared to cancel my cable and internet. I was going to move them to Telus at a much better rate. I was even willing to sign on cable for two years at Telus (which I never do.) Dana said, “Let me see what I can do for you.” (I had nothing to lose.) about thirty minutes later…Dana figured something out. I wound up with a way better rate than Telus, as well as prepaid only ONE month ahead (not two like your reps on the phone said “could not be changed.”) Those reps need to be trained by Dana. She obviously knows what she’s doing and actually CARES about good customer service.

Dana needs a hurrendous raise! This is the SECOND time for me that she has gone “over and above” to “keep your customer.” Just think….how many other times she has prevented customers from going to another provider? 100? 500? 1000? My guess, too many to count!

You need to promote her, or something, within your organization. Don’t lose her!! She is an asset to your company!!
