Can anyone help as the agent specialist I had on the phone as well as the chat log didn't know. Perhaps a customer can help?

You can access your call logs by downloading your bill as a PDF once it's ready from the MyRogers app.
If you're looking for a detailed record of your calls, please have a look at this link: Access to Information - Rogers
A court order is required to obtain incoming call detail information. For call and text detail records, only information from the last 13 months is available. Any information beyond the last 13 months is not saved.
Your phone should also keep a record of all of your calls automatically under "Recents" in your phone app.
