The customer support team needs to improve their skill.
I see my bill is wrong:
$39.95 with the plan itself and I am supposed to have $5 discount for setting up the auto payment, but I did not get the discount.
I went on online chat to find out what is wrong. The rest you can see on the chat transcript.... Such an improfessional.
I also double checked the emails from rogers. No such an email saying that Rogers sent anything regarding to price changes.
