I've been here awhile

It's has been 4 days since a CSR preformed changes to my account with my authorization. I've spent over 7hrs on the phone talking to multiple reps and managers trying to fix my issues. Cases have been filed and were down incorrectly multiple times. Was told to expect a call from the presidents office within 3 days and still no communication. Account has not been rectified. Been a customer for 16years. I have all my interactions recorded and ready to take this to news and other media outlets. I am ashamed to be a rogers customer and I am ashamed to do business with a company that is not taking accountability for the manipulation and fraudulent activity that took place. Making changes and telling a customer lies about pricing and services should not be allowed. These calls are recorded and why have you not taken actions and rectified the situation.

It generally takes about 72 business hours for the Office of The President to connect with you, although I know there has been a bit of a delay as of late. Has there been a case manager assigned to your case specifically?

Hi RogersJo, 

I was contacted by a rep 5 days after; and to be very honest I am not impressed. I am currently in the progress of searching for a new service provider for my cell/home services. I am extremely unimpressed with how things are being handled and I choose to take my businesses somewhere else.
