Why can't we cancel specialty channel via My Roger’s like Bell. Tried and was directed to “Specialist” via Anna chat (useless). Spent 2 hours waiting and watching queue numbers draw down until I was #2. And next thing I know I get a message asking me if I want a transcript of my chat?? What chat? Convenient to be the next in line and the session ends. Bell has superior on-line self service. Roger’s self serve only serves Roger’s by wasting our time waiting to chat with someone vs doing it ourselves. Will be filing formal complaint.
