Upgrade Phone Through BYOD

MattG2
I've been around

I have an iPhone 11 that is registered as my device on my Rogers account. I've recently switched to a Samsung and moved the SIM card. The phone is working fine. Samsung says for device coverage protection I need to register it through my carrier. How is that done? How do I change my profile to reflect the correct phone vs. the iPhone 11 that is paid in full.

@BYOD

Thanks!

You can call Rogers customer service and give them the IMEI number and they will add it to your account and replace where the iPhone 11 imei number is stored.
