Hi there. A bit confused about this program. I’m nearing the end of my upfront edge contract and was planning to upgrade. A week or two ago I tried to do it online and couldn’t get it to work once I chose a phone. Contacted the chat and was told to update my credit card number and try again. Did so and it still didn’t work. Now I try again today and the price for the exact same phone is $13 more per month. Contacted the chat again and am told sorry the price went up. Not impressed by that, especially since I was not assisted well last time. Now I’m considering going elsewhere and just cancelling altogether and giving the phone back at the end of my contract. Can I do this? Ive seen some saying that were made to pay for and keep the device? Hoping that is untrue.
