Hi, please must read and reply me for help please , it’s my ever worst experience in my life about getting claim from likewize protection , have losted my mobile phone on Feb 24 ,2024 and it’s been like 4 months till now , but nobody helped me in this , I have submitted everything on time and was waiting for the final decision but they didn’t respond me back and my claim got expired but then they said like we can’t do anything it’s expired now , so before it’s expiry I have called them everyday but nobody give me necessary information and every new people say new things and they were lying like they sent me emails for additional documents but without getting any emails how I came to know that I have to send them this thing , it was their fault where they sending emails but they are not accepting their mistake and keep saying we can’t do anything , how a person can be satisfy with the decision when he did his all but having mistake from likewize, can he accept this decision we can’t do anything .
It’s so bad experience, please can anybody reply me what can I do next .
I will be very thankful for you help if anybody help me to do what next .

By any chance, have you requested to have your case escalated to their Tier 2 support? If not, I'd highly recommend doing so. Someone will follow-up with you within about 2 business days time. We hope that you are able to get a resolution for your issue!

It’s incredibly frustrating to be told that my iPhone can’t be located because “Find My iPhone” isn’t turned on, especially since I’m certain I had it enabled. It feels like my claim is being dismissed without considering any other potential issues or solutions.
Absolutely annoying.
