Plan sold for $50 1st line and 2nd line $45 but bill came in with totally different numbers

No it was not Bill error. It was plan sold with wrong amounts and still issues not resolved payed more then half a grand but no resolution.

Has the situation evolved since you posted? It would be helpful to know whether you reached out to one of our representatives either by phone, live chat or social media, since noticing the bill discrepancy.
Was it for a new activation? Do you remember who "sold" you the promotional plan you accepted (i.e. in store, over the phone etc.)? We'd like to help you, if need be.
