Does the Office of the President ever answer the phone or check their emails? I've had an issue get escalated that I've been trying to resolve for 4 months and I'm at my wits end with Rogers.
It's been escalated to MAX and VENOZA in the Office of the President. over a week ago. I have sent 10 emails; I've called both reps over 20 times over the span of 8 business days at various times of day. No answer, I get a 'voicemail' but when I leave messages, no one calls me back. Zero response on email.
I've filed multiple complaints with CTRC and running out of patience. This is completely obscene treatment of someone who has had nothing but negative experiences with Rogers (I've since moved my entire family to Bell).

Thanks for joining us in the community! We're disappointed to hear about the type of experience you've had when trying to get your concerns resolved. Normally, our Office of the President is very good with resolving customer concerns both quickly and efficiently and the normal turnaround time is 72 hours. Of course, there could be slight delays depending on how busy it is.

I feel your pain...
As paying custo.ers Rogers continues to disrespect us which nowadays is normal for company's that make 14 Billion USD. No cares about US but take our money on a monthly basis.
No one has ever helped me with my issue and I don't believe they ever will... I believe Rogers has a lot AI producing these canned responses.
