We have just changed to Rogers Ignite and have several older boxes that we own. We have spent HOURS on the phone with different people trying to get these serial numbers removed from our account so someone else can use them. Nobody seems to know how to do this. Why is this so difficult? Still on hold waiting for them to find someone who knows how to do this......anyone else had this issue?
