I've been trying to make a payment by credit card through the website tonight, but I'm having problems getting most pages to fully load, and when I try to make the payment after entering credit card details, it continues thinking. I waited for 5 minutes, and it was still thinking. Even the help chat bot is very slow. No other website has been this slow.

To further assist you, we'd need a tad bit more information from you:
Have you tried to clear your cache & cookies, or try a different browser, before trying again?
Were you experiencing the problem only on the website or were you unable to do it via the MyRogers app as well?
