After having issues consistently with connection and nighlty scheduled maintance that was never explained while signing uo I decided to cancel. I was chatting with 4 people for 4 hours. They were extremely rude and trying to charge 280$ for cancellation fee I don't agree with. They did nit inform me of the nighty maintenence that would greatly affect my daily use. Also spotty swevuce and no where near the speed I pay to have. I was finally told by the last person they would cancel it but it still has not been cancelled. I talked to 2 different managers who were bith rude and unhelpful. Online all I see about early cancellation says $200max yet they ate trying to charge me $280. I don't believe I should have to pay anything as they didn't keep up their end of the "contract" that they also refuse to give me a copy of

It is disappointing to learn that you're looking to part ways with us. While I see that you've mentioned you were aware of the maintenance, I still understand your decision. The cancellation fee depends varies between a standalone Internet service and a bundled service. Depending on the term offer, there may not be a cap for the cancellation fee.
In order to cancel a service you would have to call in or speak via live chat. It cannot be done through any other platform.
