Terrible customer service

I've been here awhile

Chatted to cancel my internet, the agent tried to make me stay and offered a new plan. I was happy at that time until 2 days later when I reached them again to confirm the new promo, they said they dont see a note on my account. So I forwarded the screenshot of the previous chat. Still not honour the price the previous agent offered.
