Conversation was cut off after I gave all the required information to investigate further. Then message said a transcript was sent to me but did not receive this transcript. Asked your Anna’ who was to connect me to a live chat but that never happened. I did however get that transcript. Now I’m wondering how safe is that transcript that is floating around wherever. I tried several times to connect to no avail.
Please check into this. Thank you.

Firstly, I want to assure you that the information you filled in the secure authentication form is not part of the chat transcript. Additionally, that chat log is not "floating around" for the internet to access.
