Don’t know if anyone else has had this experience with Roger’s but here is my issue and response to it from Roger’s has had absolutely no impact on resolving. I signed up for one of their bundles on July 27 and today Aog 14 it is still not working. I have contacted them at least seven times and all I get in response is that they will fix it in 24 to 72 hours. Looks like my only option is to back to Bell. The issue is that I have no control on channels that are flex. Settings do not work on my home page.

It certainly sounds like we haven't started this relationship off on the right foot. This is most definitely not the type of experience we want you to be having. 😥
