Hello.
My internet promo is ending March 16 2024.
I'm paying less than $40 dollars a month for 50 speed.
I've called Rogers several times to get another promo but I have to pay at least $50 before tax.
I've called to cancel my service for March 16 2024, when will I be getting a confirmation email?

Once the account has been cancelled, you should receive an email confirmation within 48 hours. If it is not received, please do reach out to us via any of our avenues of support so we can look into it.
