I arranged to cancel my account on Sat Jan 6 through the chat app. I have still not received an email confirmation that my service has been cancelled, and the person I was chatting with -Glen- said he could not provide a confirmation number. He confirmed in writing in the chat the terms of cancellation, as well as the last day of service requested, and I screen-grabbed those.
Does anyone know how I can confirm cancellation? I'm afraid I will just keep being charged--and it is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of anyone on the phone.
