I have returned rental device to rogers store in December 2022. My bad for not checking billing since my payments are set up automatically.
Today I find out that I’ve been charged 15.99 protection fee a month for 6 months for returned device. I spent about 30 min with agent to remove this from my bill but for refund I’m believe it’s better to call my dead grandmother since they call this my mistake for not canceling protection and rogers never giving refund. For some reason I believed that if I return phone to their store everything attached to that device will be automatically canceled.
What a joke their business is.
I mean imagine this phone call where I’m on the line with rogers person who tells me you have to call rogers to ask for refund.
