Ignite Bundles Research

I'm here a lot

Ignite webpages vanish from website

It’s darn hard to do research on Ignite bundles when the web pages keep disappearing. A Google search will show Ignite web links but every one of them opens as either mobile ads or mobile links. Poor website management.

@StarryNight9  To see what channels are included in each Ignite bundle, go to https://www.rogers.com/bundles/offers , enter your address, click the "Check address" button.  Strange as this may sound, do this while you are NOT logged into your Rogers account.

Under the Bundles tab, go to the package that you are interested in, click "View more details", and then click the "XX Total Channels" and "YY Flex Channels" links to see the default channels that are included.

To compare the Ignite TV bundles side-by-side, go to the Channels tab.

If you don't like a particular channel that is labelled "Flex Channel Included", you have the option to swap it out and replace it with any channel that is listed as "Flex Channel"

If you are still experiencing problems with the Rogers web site, you can also send a private message to @CommunityHelps  and ask them to send you a channel listing for the Ignite TV package that you are interested in.  They will then mail you a PDF file.  They can also send you a comparative channel listing, which will allow you to compare any two Ignite TV bundles or a Legacy Digital Cable package with an Ignite TV package.

Re: Ignite Bundles Research

Thanks for the info, but I googled multiple Rogers links supposedly taking me to Ignite bundles or offers. Every link landed me on mobile phone pages. Was like that for almost a week.

What, specifically are you looking for at this point?  Have you made a list of the channels that you watch all the time, the channels that you need, and the channels that are nice to have?  Do you know which Ignite TV package you want and have you looked at options from Rogers' competitors?

I presume that you are looking for the best pricing.  This is not normally a great time of year to go looking for deals but you might get lucky.  I would start by sending a private message to @CommunityHelps -- let them know the TV package and Internet speed that you are looking at and ask them what deals are available for your postal code.  Different reps within Rogers have access to different deals so you can also try your local Rogers store.  If you are a Costco member, you can also also shop for Ignite TV at their in-store Mobility kiosk.

Another thing that you need to be prepared for is that as of May 6, 2023, Rogers is now only supporting their legacy services on a best-effort basis.  If you have any problems with your Digital TV service, Rogers will no longer dispatch a tech, nor will they be able to exchange any equipment that fails.  Your only options will be to switch to Ignite TV or switch to a different provider.
