Rogers Trade-up using Likewize and Canada Post shipping label

Orengelo
I've been here awhile

I created a trade-up that requires me to ship the phone to Likewize on behalf of Rogers. Unfortunately, the shipping label created is for Canada Post which is not currently available. I've spoken to both Rogers and Likewize support and neither have any clue on how to get the device shipped back. Has anyone been able to return the phone using the trade-up program?

Hi!

You could see with other carriers if they can "copy" the info from your current shipping label so they could create one on their end.

I doubt Bell or Telus would create a shipping label for me. I am willing to pay out-of-pocket for shipping with Purolator/UPS/Fedex but don't want to run into a situation where Likewize/Rogers say they never received the device.

That's what I meant, another carrier like Puro/UPS/Fedex. If there's all the same info on the shipping label and you have a tracking number, they'll get it and you'll have proof.
