I get a text message from Rogers (assuming ot's legit - no links to connect to, just instruction) letting me know that as a valued customer for 24 months they are upping my mobile data to 30GB.
"Rogers Service Message: Hello xxx, we want to treat you this holiday season. ENjoy 30GB of bonus data every monthfor the next 24 months, totally on us, with your current plan. Its our way of showing our appreciation to our most valued customers - that's you." Yippee, I feel so priveledged. No big deal, but hey, it's free.
The instructions are simple:
Step 1- Login into Rogers.com/signin
Step 2, and final step : "Find your exclusive present and click "Get This Offer""
What kind of game is Roger's playing? Can they narrow down where to find this "exclusive present". I don't have time for this childish nonsense. In my account, I can check on "My offers", but it shows a slightly different deal:
Exclusive offer for xxx-xxx-xxxx!
Get 190GB for $120 / month on this line (plus applicable discounts & taxes)
Has anyone else been so kindly rewarded and able to share where they hide this offer?

It should be under Services on the Usage tab. Make sure to select the right phone number when you go to Services.

Had this same issue and when I contacted Rogers customer support, they said they couldn't help me and wouldn't be able to extend the offer. Pretty bad form to extend an offer and then not deliver on it.
