I activate the roaming package $ 34 per month ie 15minitues calls and 70 SMS free . But in the current bill which I received yesterday I noticed they have charged my @ $ 15 per day .My mobile data is off . I don't know why they charge $ 15 per day .

15 per day is the roam line home feature,  you have it available on your line it only charges you when you are out of country and you send a SMS or make a call or use data,  since you did not use data, its possible it got triggered by the other 2 options
