Roaming Charges While Travelling?

User1410
I've been around

I will be travelling to Japan for a week and 3-4 weeks to the Philippines.

If I take my SIM card out when I leave Canada, then put it back in when I come back, will I be charged?

Will there be any other charges and/or changes to my bill? Or will it be the regular amount I pay monthly?

As long as you remove your SIM before leaving Canada and don't put it back in your device until you are back in Canada. You will not be charged anything beyond your usual monthly bill. You might want to make sure auto pay is turned on to make sure your bills are paid on time.
