My daughter travelled to the US Oct 5 of 2024 and I received notification she was roaming. We knew this and that was fine. She left the US and crossed the border back into Canada the next day Oct 6 at 2:55 PM. We were expecting 2 days of roaming and that was fine. However I have also been billed roaming for Roaming for Oct 7, even though she was back home in Canada with her phone the day before. We live an hour from Toronto so nowhere near the border. Why was I charged for 3 days and not the 2 days she was out of country?
