Roam like home charges

I am out of Canada I see $135 in my recent bill for roam like home which I never activated, may be it is active by default in my plan which I was not aware of. Want full credit of these charges as I never used my phone while in roaming.

It could have been activated on your line by default.

When you go travelling, it's very important to give Rogers  a call BEFORE you travel to your destination and inquire will there be any charges you should be made aware about, they will explain this to you.  You will also have the option to OPT OUT right then and there if its an option, then you can travel peacefully without having to worry about incurring any unwanted charges

If you contact Rogers and plead ignorance, they may take pity and provide some refund.  RHL is active by default.
