Hi I went to Roger’s store for porting my sim from virgin to Roger’s . It was unsuccessful. I was Roger’s previous costumer but due to some issues I port to virgin . But I cleared all my dues. Now I was porting again to Roger’s but was it was unsuccessful and I was asked to make case . Please help me . My tentative account is xxxxxxxxx

Thank you for joining us here on the Rogers Community Forums! We appreciate your post and can certainly do our best to guide you to the correct place to get your issue resolved. If you are porting your number in from a different provider, we would be setting up and creating a new account for you first with a temporary number, and then you would be able to transfer the number in from your previous provider.

If it has been past 24 business hours from the date the case was created, then we can take a closer look to see if there are any further updates to provide.
